Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: November 2, 2026

This policy explains how to cancel a subscription to the Creative Engines platform and when a payment is refunded. It is part of our Terms of Service. The platform is operated by Igor Levi, a sole proprietor (Osek Murshe) registered in Israel, trading as Creative Engines.

Online purchases are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com ("Paddle"). Paddle is the seller of record for those purchases, and refunds of them are carried out through Paddle.

1. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time – by writing to us at [email protected], or in your account where that option is available. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep access until then, and you are not charged again. A move to a lower plan takes effect from your next billing period.

Cancelling stops future charges. It does not by itself refund the current billing period.

2. The 14-day refund request

Within 14 days of a payment made through our online checkout – a first payment, a renewal, or a purchase of credits – you may ask us to refund that payment.

To ask, write to [email protected] from the email address of your account and tell us which payment you mean. The payment is refunded in full to the payment method you used; refunds of online purchases are carried out by Paddle. When a payment is refunded, the access and the credits it paid for end.

3. When we may decline a request

  • Substantial use. We may decline to refund a payment if, by your account's usage record, a substantial part of the credits or usage it covers has already been used. Every generation on the platform has a real cost to us; the 14-day period is there for a purchase that did not work out, not for work already done.
  • Abuse. We do not refund an abusive request – for example where there is fraud, or repeated refund requests.

4. After 14 days

A payment that is more than 14 days old is not refunded, except as Sections 6 and 9 provide. That includes the case where you cancel in the middle of a billing period, move to a lower plan, or do not use the platform during a period you have paid for.

5. Credits

Credits included in a plan are not paid out in money if they are not used. Credits you purchase are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for money, except under Sections 2 and 6. After you cancel, your purchased credits stay on your account and can be used again whenever you have an active subscription.

6. If we end your subscription, or fail to provide the service

If we end or decline your subscription for a reason other than your breach of the Terms of Service – including where we are unable to serve you – we refund the fees you prepaid for the period after it ends, and your unused purchased credits at the price you paid for them.

If we materially breach the Terms of Service and do not cure the breach within 14 days of your written notice, you may end your subscription, and we refund the fees you prepaid for the period after it ends and your unused purchased credits at the price you paid for them.

A charge made in error – for example a double charge – is corrected.

7. Payment disputes and chargebacks

Online payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles billing questions and disputes for those payments and may decide a refund request under its own buyer terms; you can reach Paddle's buyer support through the link in your receipt.

Please write to us before you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer – most problems are solved faster that way. A payment that is reversed by your bank is treated as unpaid: after notice, we may suspend access until the matter is resolved, and the credits bought with that payment are removed.

8. What this policy does not cover

  • Services performed by our team for a separate fee – such as onboarding, implementation or training. They are provided under a separate services agreement with its own cancellation and refund terms.
  • Signed agreements. If you have signed an agreement with us – for a fixed term, or as a design partner – its own cancellation and refund terms apply, and the 14-day refund request in Section 2 does not.

9. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits a right you have under mandatory law.

If the Australian Consumer Law applies to you, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under it. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits those guarantees.
